At Ayesh Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer an easy
exchange policy.

✔ Exchange Available

  • You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

✔ Conditions for Exchange

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Exchange is allowed for size or design only.
  • Customer will pay return courier charges.

❌ No Return / Refund

  • We currently do not offer refunds.
  • No exchange on sale items, stitched items, or customized orders.
  • Color difference (due to lighting or screen settings) is not eligible for return.

✔ Defected / Wrong Item

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

  • Inform us within 24 hours.
  • Provide an unboxing video as proof.
    We will arrange an exchange without any extra charges.
