At Ayesh Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer an easy
exchange policy.
Exchange Available
- You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- Exchange is allowed for size or design only.
- Customer will pay return courier charges.
No Return / Refund
- We currently do not offer refunds.
- No exchange on sale items, stitched items, or customized orders.
- Color difference (due to lighting or screen settings) is not eligible for return.
Defected / Wrong Item
If you receive a wrong or damaged product:
- Inform us within 24 hours.
- Provide an unboxing video as proof.
We will arrange an exchange without any extra charges.
